Ribić in kajmak

Ribić can be pork or veal (baby beef).
While the pork fillet ( ribić ) is cooked for soup, you can easily create a sauce for ribić, as to complete the this dish. And it is that specialty sauce that gives ribić its main taste.
Sauce is made from a broth that was created by cooking meat, flour and kajmak. Meat is covered with sauce and all of that is baked in the oven. While still hot, add some more kaymak over, ofcourse… because KAJMAK! Everything in the world is better with Kajmak!
